The screenplay was written by David Benullo, who was also the director. Jaimie Alexander, Brian McNamara, Ethan Philips and Chloe Moretz were the actors in the main roles of Elizabeth Chambers, the woman who is stranded in the small town of Hope; the Preacher who foretold the arrival of Elizabeth 100 years earlier; Sheriff O'Connor; and a young girl, Sabrina, whose parents were killed in the town.
In brief, "Hallowed Ground" is about a woman whose car breaks down in the small town of Hope, where her arrival was predicted a century ago by the founding preacher of the town.
